Taking care of ourselves is one of the best things we can ever do. Through loving ourselves as the humans we are, we can accept and embrace our self care wishes and know that this is not selfish, but a loving gift we are giving ourselves. We want you to look your best, feel your best, and take time for yourself.
We try to make each experience fully focused on you, your desires, your needs, and your wants. One of the ways that we try to meet this is by offering our medical spa through a physical office but also in a mobile service. Mobile services is our way of letting you feel ease and comfort by us bringing our services to your home. Treat yourself as any VIP or celebrity would arrange to be treated.
Our mobile services are offered throughout Boone, Marion, & Hamilton counties. However, if it is more enjoyable to you to have in office treatments, please do so. We are located in the heart of downtown Zionsville, at Main St. & Poplar St.
We are very flexible and open with our scheduling. We are open to see clients Mon - Sat from 8a-7p, but only operate our phone line Mon - Fri from 9a-5p.
Meet April
April Dombrow, RN
Owner & Esthetician
As a surgical nurse and former figure competitor, April’s focus is a combination of personal aesthetics, nutrition, and discipline. Over the years, she has learned that nutrition and fitness alone – the infamous “diet and exercise” – isn't always enough to maintain a beautiful, youthful appearance. April’s passion for helping others, as well as her personal journey in learning to love – and maintain – the body she’s in, led her to devote her medical practice to the field of medical aesthetics.
April graduated from The University of Indianapolis with Academic Honors. She has worked as a nurse for over twelve years, priding herself on her medical ethics, attention to detail, and proficiency in surgical tasks.
Steven Maves, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Maves is the medical director of April Skye Medical Aesthetics, LLC, and practices anesthesia in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Dr. Maves graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1986, completing his residency in 1990. Dr. Maves practiced clinical anesthesia for the United States Air Force, until going into private practice in 1994.
